This is the most awesome makeup mirror I have ever used. The clarity is amazing and the light is a pure white that does not affect your natural color. There is absolutely no distortion and you can clearly see the tiniest eyebrow hairs for plucking. I have had many magnifying mirrors over the years and nothing comes close to this one. I got my mirror yesterday and today when I got to work I was told I looked really good and what did I do different. The only thing different was a mirror that made applying makeup easier and faster and a true reflection so you make no mistakes. LOVE IT

The product appeared to be defective. The plastic sheathing around the mirror would not stay on. There was a screw in the packaging that I could not find where it belonged. The finish of the mirror was not the same as that shown on web site as chrome or stainless steel.

I purchased this mirror for close up grooming and make up use. I like the contemporary design, too bad the white plastic housing over the lights cheapens the look. The mirror folds down which makes for easy storage if you don't want to leave on your counter. Very bright light output with 3 fixed settings. The highest is 100 watts, the lowest I believe is 50 watts - which was a bit too bright for me. I would've like to be able to dim it more. The mirror reverses to 10x magnification which is useless. The image is very distorted - makes you dizzy! I returned and purchased the Kimball & Young LED rectangular 3x mirror instead (25 watt light).

My decision to buy this mirror was based on positive comments from others who owned one. The one I received was poorly made and stopped working after a few months. Their charges to return it for repair were ridiculous so we trashed it and bought another mirror.

I use this mirror almost everyday. For anyone over 50 that has the bifocal thing going on you need one of these. I save a fortune now being able to do my own eyebrows instead of getting them waxed all the time. Great magnification. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the light could be a bit brighter. Fortunately I have good light in my bathroom so it doesn't matter much to me, but it could be a problem if you have low light.

If you want to see your face while putting on make up I would not suggest
this iem. The mirror itself is about 6 1/2".
If Women like to put their make up and check th entire face while doing so,
this is not the mirror to purchase.

If you want to look nice for candle light this would be the mirror - other than that the light is way too dim. Very disappointed. My husband already threw away the box otherwise I would have returne it!!

There are a lot of these types of mirrors out there, so it's hard to know which is best. Not only is this one attractive, it is well made. I am very happy with the magnification side (10 x), it is not warped at all. This product is excellent value for the money.
