Women drivers and makeup
Amazing that in Quebec, we consider ourselves too inept to drive and use a cell phone while the rest of the free world has no such worries. What about putting on makeup. Giving yourself the goggly eyes in admiration in your flip down mirror while stroking your beautiful lashes all the while operating a motor vehicle seems rather dangerous....
